Measurements are for the garment, not the body. Chest is the full circumference. Allow 1–3 cm for manual measurement. Sizes such as S-M sit between the two UK sizes. “Roomier fit” is a larger garment within the same approximate UK size range.
The supplier provides one external measurement chart for both versions. Extra lining or padding can reduce the space inside; allow room for the layers you plan to wear.
